Visiting Hours

General visiting hours for the Hospital and Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home:

11:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. every day

Maternity: 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

• Sibling Visitation of Newborns – 1:00 – 1:30 p.m. Sundays, 7:00 – 7:30 every day
• Grandparents Visitation – Ask your nurse
• Labor and Delivery Visitation is limited to a single designated individual while the patient is in labor

Coronary Care

• Immediate family only – two visitors at a time
• General Hospital Hours 11a.m. – 8:30 p.m. except 1 -2 p.m. and 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. every day

All visitors should use the main entrance to the hospital. Free parking for visitors is available in the west lot adjacent to the facility.

FROM HAMBURG: Head northeast on US 20 E, bear right onto 20 A for 2.3 mi; take US 219 S [Southern Tier Expressway] to Route 39 E (W. Main Street). Continue onto E. Main Street to BCH.

FROM ELLICOTTVILLE: Head southeast on Parkside Drive. Turn left onto US 219 north. Turn right onto Route 39 E (W. Main St.). Continue onto E. Main Street to BCH.

FROM ARCADE: Head south on Curriers Road. Turn right onto Genesee Rd. Turn left onto Route 16 S (East Aurora Rd.). Turn right onto Route 39 W (Schutt Rd.) Bear left onto Route 39 W (Springville Rd.). Continue onto Route 39 W (Springville-Sardinia Rd.). Continue on Route 39 W (East Main Street) to BCH.
